YOUR ROLE

You are a Swiss army knife of digital marketing, capable, in the same week, of switching from a LinkedIn campaign to an SEO audit, from an automated marketing campaign to content optimized for generative AI, without losing your rigor (and your cool!) along the way.

YOUR MISSION

Support account managers and strategists in the implementation of concrete tactics that make a difference to our B2B clients.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, execute, and optimize complete digital campaigns: SEM, social media, emails, etc.
  • Perform digital audits (SEO/GEO or Web) and formulate recommendations.
  • Select keywords and optimize content for traditional SEO and generative SEO (GEO).
  • Create and post engaging content on social media.
  • Configure a GA4 account with GTM: creation of events, conversions, audiences, etc.
  • Analyze results and produce clear reports.
  • Use artificial intelligence tools (writing, analysis, automation, monitoring, etc.) to improve performance and creativity... (without losing your soul or our clients'!)
  • Provide support to project managers and account managers, particularly for estimating and tracking the efforts required to achieve objectives.
  • Participate in meetings with clients and contribute to their support with rigor and enthusiasm.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Bilingualism essential (flawless French, professional English).
  • Google Certifications (Analytics 4, Ads).
  • Knowledge of WordPress.

ASSETS THAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT

  • Experience in an agency of similar size (and understanding the reality of budgets and billable hours!)
  • Proficiency in Hubspot, Mailchimp, Airtable, Semrush, and the Google Workspace environment.
  • Strong interest in AI applied to marketing (if you already use ChatGPT, Claude, and MidJourney in your work, we want to talk to you).
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing and curiosity for niche sectors.
